Very mindful of her place, she tends to start out shy around anyone of higher rank. She came from Igen hold but was afraid of dragons, and over-awed by their riders, all the same. Now, she's finally not so much afraid that dragons are to eat her. She is still very respectful to riders, masters, and the like. Of course, that makes things great when you consider that she's Sr. Apprentice to a certain Master Tomias. And, as the other apprentices know, Chaela is <I>not</I> just the shy sweetling she appears at first. She's very mischievous, and has led more than one raid on the kitchens for sweets. She dabbles into little pranks with pleasure, but wouldn't dream of doing anything serious.</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
