Welcome to my MDA Summer Camp Page. Camp is all about love, caring and friendship. It's held one week out of the
year.and campers age 6 to 21 come to have a great time!
We are currently located in Worchester, PA at the Variety Club Camp. Our old home was in Medford, NJ. at Camp Ockanickon. Check out the

I might add for those who stumble here by accident that MDA stands for Muscular Dystrophy. If you ever saw the Jerry Lewis
Telethon on Labor Day then you know all about it.
We usually have about 100 to 110 campers come to camp so we have the pleasure of being one of the, if not the largest, volunteer MDA camp in
the nation.
Volunteers are 16 to old, that's the age bracket I'm in, men and woman who take a week out of their lives to help these young people enjoy a week of fun and freedom
from the dreaded MOM & DAD! Only kiddin MOM & DAD!
Just a little about the author here, I am affectionately known as MdaOldTimer or DaveTheOldOne or by some who are upset with me
as..... well let's keep this G- rated. I have been going to camp since 1987 and I was old then. This year will be my 14th year and I am 49 years old. I hope to make it to 20 years, if my body will allow. My mind is
willing, due to the fact I have been told I am about 14 years old in that department.
