I have been smoking for 35 years. I started out smoking Marlboro Reds for many years. About 10 years ago I switched to True Green and then to Basic Menthol Light 100. I found that the light cigarettes just caused me to smoke more and that I couldn't seem to switch back to the regular cigarettes.

In the past I have used Nico Derm CQ, Zyban, Hypnotism, and "Life Sign" which is a little computer that reduces your smoking habit.

I believe in the ads that say, "Don't Quit Trying To Quit!"
