  My Personal Beginning

I started chatting on the net in the end of June. Many people were very patient with me as I learned how to work the two chat programs I use, Powwow and Icq.... The first people I chatted with were people I had known and moved away, Scorch and Ralphy now reside in Toronto and kfs and rondu live in BC....Miss them very much..My first net friend was Ronnie then I met Alberto, his handle is Zeus...and this is how my handle Venus came to be...

Well Ronnie being the smart young lad he is, very mature at his young age and very funny, and Alberto, who also possesses a wonderful sense of humor and I were chatting one night and Ronnie changed his name to an Italian God.....My lack of knowledge in such matters had me stumped so I thought, well Dar, planets, change your name to a planet, and Venus was my choice . I came back and Alberto and Ronnie were laughing very hard at me , so I asked "What is so funny?" They said "Don't you know who Venus is?" Then it hit me and I started laughing as well.This is how Venus came to be .
