Other Endeavors
One of the other things I enjoyed doing, was cake decorating.
I had the privilege of learning figure piping under the famous John McNamera of Chula Vista, California just prior to his retirement. Cake designers all over the world know his name.
I also had the honor of working for Lucien Bruin, Pastry Chef to the White house during the Nixon administration, in his Poway, California bakery.
