She had worked during her lifetime and was entitled to and was receiving a SS check in the amount of $44.00/month. Again, this was based on her previous earnings and not due to the fact she was indigent or claiming her husband's entitlement. SSN: 263-14-3154, I have seen her SS Master Death record.

1954: She may have become Callie MASON during or after this year.
November 1965: She was receiving $44/mo at her death based on earnings, not being poor!
