Know all men that I, William Arrington, for the Natural Love and Affection I bear to my sons, daughters and grandsons hereinafter named and for the sum of one Dollar by them Each paid the Receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged do Give and Grant to them respectively the following Property, to wit;
To William R. Arrington, Frances M. Arrington, and Amos Arrington the West Half SW-1/4 of section 12, T-11, Range 24, and the SW-1/4 of the NW-1/4 of Sect 14, T-11, Range 24. Also the following Lands, to wit; west quarter of Sec 13, T11, R24 and East 1/2 of the East 1/4 of Section 11, T11, R24, also 60 acres more or less lying on the East 1/2, north East 1/4, Sec 14 and T11, R24, lying on the south Prong ot the Branch, to be held by the Above named William, Frances and Amos as joint tenants and not as tenants in Common;

Know all men by these presents that I William Arrington of the state & county above weitten being of sound mind & disposing memory do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & form folling, Viz,
1 It is my will & desire after my death that all my honest & lawful debts be paid including my funeral expences &
2 It is will & desire that my wife Elizabeth have one third of the lands I pofsefs at the present time or the income of the same that is if she needs it during natural life together with one Bed of her own selection
3 I give & bequeath to my youngest sons viz Francis Marian & Amos the following parcels of land to be equally divided between them, the west half of the south west qr of section 12 in Township 11 Range 24, The SW-1/4 of the NW-1/4of Sec 14 Township 11 R24, The W-1/4 of Sec 13 Town 11 R24, The above lands having been conveyed to me by T. C. Efurd & his wife under date of August 9th 1849 --Also the NW-1/4 of the SE qr of Sec 14 in T11 & R24, Also the E-1/2 of the SE qr of Sec 11 in T11 & R24, Also the SW qr of S14 T11 & R24, also the NE qr fo the NE qr S14 T11 & R24, also the SE qr of the NW qr of Sect 3 T22 & R24 all of which lie in the State & County first above written & were entered at the land office in Sparty [?]
now in order to provide against any mistakes that may have crept in the above list of lands It is my will & desire that my two youngest sons viz Francis Marion and Amos have the lands I am possefsed of at the present time with the exception of Two unimproved half acre lots which I own lying in the Town of Clayton & which I give & bequeath to my son Elisha
4 as to my personal or perishable property It is my will & desire that It be equally divided between Elisha Jeremiah William Robertson Francis Marian Elizabeth Emiline & Amos; as to my daughter Harriet I give her the Forty dollars which her Husband Elisha Hulen recived for a yoke of oxen of mine which he sold in Montgomery County, also a mare which purchased of Samuel Landrum worth Twenty five Dollars, also I give her Twenty dollars & fifty cents which I loaned said Hulen
