The -Red Yin Rae's Okay- Award is only for Mei shrines, or sites that feature her predominately. I will soon come out with an award for general sites as well. Don't bother trying to steal the seal, 'cause each are numbered and the webmistress's name will be on this list. So if you see any forgeries...let me know! Judging will be based upon a combination of page layout and content.
