So, people of Peruvian blood, if you have one of these last names above, go and dig into the old church books, you might find out that you are a true Inca Royalty and Revolutionary aftercomer! Be proud of it! ;-)) There should be a possiblility to find back as far as to the 1780'es, at least it worth a try if you have patience to go trough old dusty documentations. The church always had their churchbooks for the good and bad of it(mosty bad at that time) to register people. There are many who have these names today, but who are the right lined children's children's children's....and so on? Some lastnames today have been made "Spanish" in spelling in many ways, but it's really interesting to look at one's old roots. Try it! |
