Do you believe in Angels?
Hebrews 13:2 says:
Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by doing so some people have entertained angels without knowing it!
So if you believe that what the bible says is true, then you can believe that angels are real. So what else does the bible have to say about angels?
Psalms 91:11
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
Matthew 18:10
See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in Heaven.
The "Guardian Angel" is only one of many positions for angels. I have read many stories of people who have encountered their personal guardian angel. Some good sites to go to for stories like this are listed below. If any of you have any good stories about encounters with your guardian angels, I would love to list them here on this page. Other roles for angels include the messenger, and the ones who come down to do the dirty work. Remember the ones that went to Sodom to visit Lot and warn him of the destruction of the city. The specific verse that mentions the angels can be found at Genesis 19:1.Those angels, in my opinion , played the role of both messenger and ones to do the dirty work in a round about way. What I mean by dirty work can be found at Matthew 13:41.
There also seems to be a few out there who believe in the worship of angels. It is not my job to condemn these people, I would however like to mention that there is a verse in the bible that strongly discourages this. Colossians 2:18 says, "Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you for the prize. Such a person goes into great detail about what he has seen and his unspiritual mind puffs him up with idle notions."

This is a great site with all the bible scriptures listed in different bible versions including the King James and the New International and others. This site also includes a search engine so if you want to find a specific topic it makes things a lot easier.

Angels: The Good The Bad and the Ugly
City of Angels This site is about the movie City of Angels. I saw this movie once and fell in love with it. Maybe it does not really predict angels the way they really are but it made me laugh, it made me cry and it does make you stop and think about things a little. What if there really are angels roaming the earth without our knowledge. We can not always see them, we can not always feel them, but that does not mean that they are not there. Another movie I really enjoyed was The Prophecy (both of them). Very good movies-both of them-in my opinion. Of course it does help that they both have a few of my favorite actors in them. (Nicholas Cage in City of Angels and Christopher Walken in Prophecy).
