This coveted award is not something that you can apply for. It's
just something that Azrael grants as she sees fit. Below are the few that

Literary Excellence
Each month for the Kitty Critics' Corner Book Review pages, Azrael gives
her golden paw print of approval to one work of literature. Here are the

Note: we've had a bit of a discussion around here on what actually qualifies
as literary excellence. Azrael has put her paws down and insisted that any
book that she deems worthy can be said to have literary excellence, and she's the boss!
So, whether or not we all agree on the "literary" merits of the book, Azrael is pointing
out the book's excellence with this award. Just wanted to make that clear....now, back to work.

Musical Excellence
First in formost in Azrael's heart is the music of Tim and Neil
Finn. She's been enjoying their music since she was a kitten. Check out
