We are not only new members of Phoebe's club, we are also her
new housemates! We were both adopted at the Champaign County Humane Society (where
Phoebe was adopted) in February 2000.
Read about us at Meet the Sims Kittens.
Hi, my name is Cleo. I'm an 8 month old kitty from Montreal and I
was adopted from a local shelter last October. I was
born in the shelter and my mummy was put to sleep
shortly after my birth :(
Come visit Cleo's World
and see lots of photos of me!
Hi, my name is Toos. I'm a former shelter kitty from the Netherlands. Although I'm very cute, I'm also very moody and sometimes a scardy cat like Phoebe! See more about me at this site that Phoebe's mom made with a little help from my very talented human. Don't forget to follow the links from there to my home page!

Our meowmie Rebecca adopted us together years ago at the Champaign County Humane Society.
Phoebe is hosting a page where you can read more about us!
I'm proud to be the first canine member of Phoebe's Club. Rescuers found me on the side of the highway before Jennifer adopted me. My feline housemates will be joining the club soon!

We've been friends of the Sims family for a long time! Mary Jo and Jim adopted Emma at CCHS, then after Crystal and Tony adopted Phoebe, they decided to go back and get Merlin as well. You can see photos of us at Jaenta's page as well. Mr. Orange is a new addition to the family. Prior to Winter 1999/2000, Mr. Orange Kitty was an outdoor cat who had been abandoned by his previous human. He was very stinky, his fur was matted and he kept getting injured in fights. MJ and Jim started feeding him, then brought him into their basement when it was cold. Mr. Orange (or O.K.) was not a very good houseguest. He sprayed whenever possible and wouldn't use his litterbox. But, MJ and Jim showed infinite patience with the old man and when they moved they took him with them. First he just lived on the screened in porch, but little by little he's been allowed to come into the rest of the house. He is finally becoming one of the family. We don't have a photo of O.K., but we have something better -- a film! Check out the movie of Mr. Orange's Excellent Adventure! -- witness the living tribute to love and patience!
