Here's a little bit about Dickens that his human sent us:
Sharon found Dickens at a SPCA and he was an answer to her prayers because she had so wanted a persian kitty like him. His former owner had never taken care of him nor brushed him and he was covered with knots, fleas and soresso he had to be shaved when he came to the SPCA. He also had FUS and suffers from respiratory infections. Mommy Sharon has been taking very good care of him for a long time now. He adjusted immediately to his new loving environment, playing for four hours straight when she brought him home! He gets a special prescription diet and drinks only distilled water. She also chose never to show him at cat shows again because it's too stressful for the poor baby.
