Who can go without a Christmas tree?  We couldn't, so here is a picture of the tiny tree that mom got teased about by everyone.  As you can see, some of the presents are even bigger than the tree itself.  But the tree had tiny bulbs and lights on it.

Nothing could be better than spending Christmas day basking in the sun.  Who couldn't spend the day outside when you're in Mesquite, NV.  Counterclock wise:  Dad, Mom, Travis, Mike, and his girlfriend, Nicky.

Over the Christmas holidays, we (along with my parents) had the opportunity to visit Hoover Dam which is on the Nevada/Arizona border.  This picture is the rim of the dam where the traffic drives.  The lake in the background is Lake Mead.  We went through the tour and received lots of interesting information on how the dam was made.

As we went through the tour of the Hoover Dam they allowed us to go down to the bottom so they could explain a few things further.  Here we are at the very bottom of the rim that you see in the picture to your left.
