Learning about herbs, is something everyone should  access to.  Many moms in the 'olden' days would just go out in the yard, or field and pick an herb for any ailment. It was passed down from their parents.  It is part of our heritage and history.

Herbs are also good for the eating. They are more healthy than canned, frozen, and prepared foods. Fresh is better, and if we can learn to identify,  prepare and preserve our own foods, we as a people will be much healthier and self-reliant!
