Poster Book Report Form
The assignment: To produce a poster that convinces a character in the book to DO something.
For an A, the student will include these elements:
___The poster has a message clearly stated, with both words and pictures.
Each missing element results in a "step down" to the next lower grade: A, A-,
B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-. Posters turned in late drop a full letter grade.

examples in class. Here's one: Little Red Riding Hood's mother makes a poster saying,
Stay on the path! Don't talk to strangers! Keep away from wolves!)

___The poster shows effort.
___Words on the poster are spelled correctly.
___The student's name is on the poster. (front or back, it doesn't matter this time!)
___The name of the book appears on the poster. (front or back)
