Hi Im almost 14 and I have loved orcas since I was 5 and saw one on tv. I go to Seaworld of Texas as often as I can. I want a career working with them so Im hitting the books to make all A's for college. I love all marine mammals. My favorites are orcas, belugas, dolphins and manatees.

On July 15,1999 I got to take part in a great program offered at Seaworld of Texas. The Beluga Interaction Program (BIP). This program allows you to get in the water with a beluga whale and learn some of the ways they train them. It was a really great experience. Well I went to Sea World Texas again on 8-3-99 and took part in a program called DIP its like BIP but with dolphins. On 8-4-99 I witnessed the birth of a pacific white sided dolphin and did BIP again.

I have also taken part in SLIP Sea Lion Interaction Program it was so cool I hope to do it again someday.

    I would like to dedicate this page to a special orca named Katarina (Nov 4,1988-May 5,1999) and her trainers. She is gone but not forgotten. She was twenty days older than me and the aunt of Keet also known as grand baby shamu.
