If your written cancellation is received 45 days prior to your trip you will receive 90% refund. Alter 45 days no refund. LIABILITY - Due to the forces of nature, all risk of personal injury or damage to property must be assumed by you. A signed liability release will be required of all participants. This liability release will preclude any claims for personal injury or loss of any kind in the event that you sustain injury or loss while participating in any activity with the company.
