I once read that when professional travel photographers can't get the photos
they're after, they often buy postcards so the trip isn't a total loss.
Sometimes you're just not in the right place at the right time,
or the lighting is wrong or it's raining or you just don't have the time.
I found that this applies to amateur photographers as well.
I have been to all these places except Jersey and Rye.
(Where's Rye anyway? Don't they make bread there?)
