What Pete has been up to lately:
March 3, 2001- I went down The City with .-) and Caitlin and went to, among other palces, Flushing Meadows Corona park, site of the 1964 World's Fair, the Museum of Modern Art, the City Cafe, and Central Park. I didn't get the .-) pictures on a disk and I have no scanner so unfortunately, the picture of .-) on the Unisphere's plaque will not be online.

May 21-31, 2001 - Mark Lebetkin brought .-) all the way over to the Israel! And to show just what a good Jew he is, Mark took this picture of himself with .-) at the Sea of Galilee on the left.
September 29, 2001 -I went down to Manhattan with Caitlin and .-). Among other things, .-) went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, saw the hit musical "Urinetown," walked through Central Park and got to see where they film the Late Show with David Letterman. To the right is a picture of .-) and yours truly outside the Hello Deli, as seen on tv.

October, 2001 - So once again, we went down to the New York City and brought along the One-Eyed Pete! The only picture I got though was one with the music geek (me), and Pete outside the legendary Other Music store (15 East 4th St). There was a homeless guy bothering me for change since I just bought an assload of CDs, so you might notice me glowering at him. Click to the left.
March, 2002- Is that all there is for 2001? Sad... Anyway, Patrick O'Brien got some time off from the naval academy to go to various European countries with... the naval academy and .-)! Check out the pictures!

UPDATE! - Well, about 2 1/2 years later, Arvid Engen has sent me the *other* two pictures from the John Linnell in-store appearance back in 1999. You can click on the left to see .-) with a slightly annoyed JOHN LINNELL and Arvid or the right to see him with Bill Krauss who produced TMBG"s first album, or click the link to see the updated page with the old pictures.

June 29, 2002 - Our old friend Meg Favreau is over in Denver, Colorado, now. Momus and the American Patchwork label came to town. You figure it out. Click on either side to see MOMUS, PETE and MEG! No shit, another great indie rockstar meeting .-) ? It's almost too much to handle! Thanks, Meg!
July 1, 2002 - Harold the chicken and Pete meet! But aparently I have no other information on this at this time. Hmmmm..

July 27, 2002 - Random and Jenny took .-) to the House of Blues in Anaheim for a They Might Be Giants show and got him signed by none other than John Flansburgh! So now Pete has met both Johns in TMBG. Apparently he enjoyed being a freak flag during "How Can I Sing Like A Girl?" Click on the left to see the Flansburghed .-)!

Middle of August, 2002 - Meg was also nice enough to bring .-) to Storyland in Glen, New Hampshire, strictly because I was really interested in this cow statue that kids can "milk." Take a look at it on the right or left. It's pretty freaky. Thanks, Meg!
