I drove with .-) to New Haven, Connecticut, found a parking space, ran into the theater avoiding the bullets wizzing past my head and brought him to a They Might Be Giants on October 29, 1999 at Toad's Place. There we met up with Pete fans Deborah Levison, Sarah Faye, Kelly Peterson, Eric Dykstra and Dave Mazzarelli. There was a picture of .-) with Sarah but it was destroyed in a tragic fire.

It was a totally rockin' Mick Jagger They Might Be Giants show. I couldn't take any good picture of .-) with a backdrop of TMBG though because the lighting in the club really sucks.
