DIVE 1 : An easy dive to introduce yourself to the querimbas. A drop-off on
the eastern end down to about 9m is fun for beginners.
DIVE 2 : Another dive for all with depths not over+/-10m. Garoupas, and coral
to keep all beginners happy.
DIVE 3 : A long ridge from 8m down to +/-24m. Exellent dive with a ray-breeding
ground on the north end.Look for the tails protruding from the sand.
DIVE 4 :A dive for the advanced!! many reef sharks but all docile!! Gradual
slope down to 40m +.
DIVE 5 : Another advanced dive with many lobster at 20m +.
DIVE 6: A special for cray and oyster lovers. Snorkel or dive.
QUISIVA
is an island with semi-permanent inhabitants. They all fish locally and
know the area well. Ask for
CAMPO
, a trained open-water diver. The
WITCHDOCTOR
on the island is reputed to be very powerful and (for a small fee) will give
you a protection against sharks!!! Water must be transported from Arimba on the
mainland, only 5min by motor-boat.
