My name is Rocky. Ever since my mom and dad moved to Singapore, Grandma has been taking care of me. Although I look large and ferocious, I'm very shy. When someone I don't recognize approaches, I get scared and try to run away. In Grandma and Grandpa's neighborhood, I steadily make more people and dog friends, and each day gets more and more fun. My mom and dad tell me that my life is much better than theirs. Every day, I sleep, eat, play, and go for long walks with lots of nature.
These are my housemates, Cleo (left) and Mahidabel (right). Cleo is a wild breed and sometimes mistakes the house for the jungle. Mahidabel overeats from the stress of being chased by Cleo. That's why she's a fat cat. Sometimes Cleo steals my precious food so I need to watch her closely.
This is my family and some friends. On Thanksgiving Day, they had a turkey dinner. The roasting turkey smelled so good that my mouth watered for some.
When people eat turkey, a chemical in the turkey makes them sleepy. I sleep all the time so a little turkey wouldn't put me to sleep!
After the people are done eating, it's my turn. When I make a yearning face like this, tasty morsels come my way. People eat really good food. No matter how much dog food is in my bowl, when I see people eating, I prefer to beg for some of theirs.
