![]() The Bengal Bar on Regal Princess
A PARNAMI Cruise Page
Bengal Bar is one of two adjacent bars shoehorned between all the promenades of Regal Princess' Promenade Deck. The Bengal takes on an exotic theme with a scattering of rattan chairs and granite bar tops accented by brightly polished brass. A centrally placed dance floor with bandstand and piano is carefully guarded by a brass replica of the bar's namesake Bengal Tiger. Ceilings are unusually high, with slowly turning ceiling fans lending to the central asian theme.
During the day, Bengal Bar provides the setting for the ship's art auctions, removing this distraction from the attention of those not interested. I wish the same could be said for the "works of art" displayed throughout the interior promenades and Atrium.
Evenings transform Bengal into an elegant dance club with music provided by one of the ship's onboard musical trios. The occasional "happy hours" are worthwhile attending. The buffulo wings served being some of the spiciest food I've had on board a ship. If you happen to be passing by, stop in a grab a plate, or two!
