ARMOR

There are many fine brand names to choose from when looking for  armor.  Keep in mind, if the chest protection area is  not as wide as you are, then you probably will be stuck in the ribs by pungie sticks every once in a while.

Wearing one of these protectors will not only save you from lots of pain and possible death, it will help  you to improve your riding skills.

Once you  start wearing a plastic chest  armor, you will never go out in the trails again without it and be the same.  In fact, most people will feel naked on the bike without it.
