Over the past 25 yrs of riding in Washington, I have witnessed the closing of many great riding areas. This is highly unfortunate for all of us. Dirt bike riders need to support the N.M.A. as they protect our riding areas for us.
In addition to riding, we also backpack all over this great state. I have never ran into a bike when hiking. With this in mind, the people who want to shut us down, like the Sierra club, is an enemy to motorcycle riders as they want our riding areas for themselves.
They spend more money on their cause then do riders. In the end, if we don't put some money up, we will only be able to hike in the mountains.

As a recent transplant to Washington, I consider myself very fortunate to be able to ride in this beautiful state. There are many areas that lifetime residents of WA haven't seen because they are only accessible by ORV's. Every time I ride, I discover new beauty. Whether its an awesome view of the snow capped Olympics, Mt.Rainier or the sand dunes of Moses Lake, I never grow tired of riding.
Support your local motorcycle club and the A.M.A. to help protect your right to ride! If you don't, riding as we know it will end. If you don't believe this, take a hard look at the situation in California. Dirt riders are loosing their sport.
