LETS refers to Local Energy Trading Systems and involve non-monetary transactions between members to exchange goods and services. There are many LETS systems throughout the world which have implemented this principle of non-monetary resource exchange.

About LETSAssist
Based in Melbourne Australia a member of St. Kilda LETS has developed a user-friendly software program called LETSAssist to help community organisation manage their LETS systems. LETSAssist is used by LETS Groups throughout Australia and in New Zealand and Canada. LETSAssist is a user-friendly LETS management system developed with a graphical interface to run with Windows. The system manages Members, Members Skill Offers (and Requests) and Transactions. Reports include Members Trading Statements, Skill Lists and Members - Fees Due.
