This week we face Essendon, as the first team this year to play them after a loos, which was last week against the Bulldogs. Skipper James Hird is unlikely to play, as well as Damien Hardwick. Ruckman John Barnes will miss with suspension. Our veteran Gavin Crossisca is likely to return, after general soreness kept him out of the game last week against the Orange Kangaroos.
