I decided it was time for me to write a column. I opened up this file, and saw that the last column I wrote was December 27, 2000. Wow, talk about procrastinating. My bad. Anyway, I figured I would at least read what I had to say almost two years ago, and there were two things I found amusing.

First, I made this comment, under a section I called "I Have a Secret": Eric Bischoff...he has always intrigued me.  I have secretly hoped for a long time he would come to the WWF.  I think the story lines would be amazing. Well, my wish has come true. If you all could have seen me when I first saw Easy-E on Raw, I was going nuts. Bischoff making his appearance came at a perfect time for me because honestly, I was losing all interest in wrestling. It's a long story but basically I really feel that the product has been suffering since the WCW/WWF merger. I assume it is because there is no competition for the WWE anymore - nothing to compare itself with. I am sure there is more to it than that, but that is how I pretty much see it. If there was another major company facing off against WWE, I think it would force them to compete and come up with some interesting storylines.

With that said, I don't know if it is just me, but I think Bischoff has brought a huge lift to the WWE. No one was expecting him to show up when he did, and he certainly renewed my interest. As a performer, he is very talented, in my opinion. He is great at being evil, and he can do it with a smile on his face. I find his "three-minute" routine to be very amusing. This Monday when Fink said he wanted to duke it out with Lilian, I said "GIVE 'EM THREE MINUTES, BISCH!" Gotta love it. ;) I think there is a lot more potential for storylines with Bischoff, considering his history with WCW and beyond. Does any one remember the Gold Club incident? If you don't, look it up - it's umm...interesting, I guess you could say. ;) One of the many reasons I find Bishoff very intriguing...

Now, the other thing that I found amusing (almost in a sad way) is what I wrote about Shane at this time: Well, it seems as though Shane *should* be making his long awaited return soon.  It seems like the perfect time.  Someone has to stick up for Linda, right? Looks like we were missing Shane almost two years ago. Shane seems to have a history of leaving us hanging, doesn't he? I guess he likes to see us suffer. (This is my attempt in making Shane feel bad, in case he is reading this.) SHANE - GET BACK ON TV! You don't want 10,000 McManiacs banging on your door, do you? Heheh 10,000 McManiacs...wasn't that a band? ;)

Thanks again to all you McManiacs for hanging in there and keeping this website going. If I didn't have your support, I wouldn't have a reason to do this website. Hopefully your dedication will pay off with some Shane-O-Mac in the near future.

Well, I'm out. American Idol is on in 3 hours. Anyone else addicted to that show? ;)

Peace, Luv, and Shane McMahon,

~Amanda
