My name is Chris Markovic and i would have to say wrestling is my favorite sport. I started wrestling my sophomore
year at Valley Christian High School right here in San Jose and continued through my senior year. I started on
jv and won a few tournaments and then moved up to varsity my junior year. I stayed on varsity and was used as a
pawn during dual meets sometimes wrestling two weight categories up. My greatest accomplishment would have to be
never getting pinned during my junior and senior years. The reason i am interested in the SJSU club is because
i want to continue to wrestle. I haven't touched the mat since my senior year so i want to get back into it. Although
my school and work schedules are going to interfere with practice, i am still dedicated to being a member. |
