Gabriel Alvarez-(Player) Original founding member, Spring 1994.
Characters used:
Elizabeth Alvarez- RDF. Decesed. Original Character. The Destroid
Pilot was a key figure throughout the years of the ES's existance. Elizabeth showed
bravery, leadership and courage beyond the call of duty. After seeing her fellow crewmen and
husband fall in that fateful battle against "Khyron," she went into retirement and called it
quits. After some time away from the RDF, she was summoned by High Command to return and
join the ranks of the ES once again. Through strong convictions by Max and Miriya Duran,
Elizabeth returned, but with a vengence. She became the driving force behind the ES and
was a key figure in every encounter with the Zentreadi as well as a teacher to those
new to the squad, the Army of the Southern Cross. She fell, along with half of her
comrades, in the jungles of Asia. She will never be forgotten, as she truly was the ES.
Juan Alvarez- RDF. Deceased. Original Character.
Scott Hunter- RDF. Deceased. Original Character and Squad leader. Scott
truly was devoted to his men. The Veritech Figter Pilot saw action from the very beginning
in which he has always been the squad leader. He lead many daring missions into the heart
of danger. He graduated from the Accelerated Training Program with ease. It's no wonder
he was an excellent leader. His most memorable battle was that of his last. He lead his
team into a suicide strike against "Kyron" as he made his last strike. He died fighting to
the end. A dedicated soldier who will go down in history as one of the best. Most definitely
deserving of the Titanium Medal of Honor.
Michael Marsh- Army of the Southern Cross.
John Duran-(Player) Original founding member, Spring 1994.
Characters used:
Max Duran- RDF. Deceased. Original Character and Second Squad Leader. This
brave Veritech Fighter Pilot saw action from the very start. After seeing comrades fall
courageously, he became a leader into the new era. Trickery and deception where his
tactics and approaches. He along with others, died in a suicide run that went into the
heart of a massive Zentreadi missile storm for the sole purpose of recueing fellow
soldiers in the field of battle. He and along with the others, didn't escape the
bombardment. Max participated in great battles such as the Salton Desert, "Khyron's"
final attack on the SDF, the "Zentreadi Breakout" in South America, the "New World
Order" campaign in Africa, and the "Strikeforce" campaign in Asia where he saw his last
action.
Miriya Duran- RDF. Original Character. This Veritech Fighter Pilot has
seen varioius sides of all the action. She has had to miss a few missions due to her
labor leave. She has been noted for unselfish acts which, in one very important cases,
was the savior of practically the entire squad. While putting herself at risk, being
pregnant with little Demi, she rescued, Scott, Elizabeth, Juan, and Rick. She was shot
down while fleeing with her crewmen, and decided to make an emergancy landing which
was successful. The rest of her crewmen were unharmed and so was she. Truly a sign of
unselfishness.
Bowie Maverick- Army of the Southern Cross. This Tactical
Armored Space Corps Pilot sure made his mark in every place. He always carried with him
his "bag of tricks." The master of disguise and explosives, Bowie became a valuable.
asset. Once in a big while, his plan would back fire, but on rare occasions, such as in
Africa in the "New World Order" campaign.
Demi Duran-Baby girl of Max and Miriya.
Max Jr. Duran-Baby boy of Max and Miriya.
Geronimo Loera-(Player) Original member (came one month later), Spring 1994.
Characters used:
Rick Fokker- RDF. Deceased. Original Character (added shortly.
Sonya- RDF. Deceased. Micronized Zentreadi. At first, Sonja,
a destroid pilot, was the talk of the town in the ES. Being an odd character, over 6'
with pink skin and purple hair, she was an agressive fighter. She never backed away
unless an order was given. She kept her calm in the battleground despite much ridicule.
She never let it stop her, as she went head on against Khyron's forces that fateful day.
Eylena Valinsenico- Deceased. Army of the Southern Cross. This
Military Policewoman was always on the move to gather information for the group. She
used her clearance as an excuse to try and get her way. Occassionally she would and
the jackpot was struck. Although similar to Oksana, she tends to be a bit more relaxed
and not necessarily by the book. She m ade a good friendship with Chris Avery, but after
his dissaperance, it was Eylena that made it her task to try and track him down... much
like good friends do.
Andres Sharipov- Army of the Southern Cross. This Cosmic Unit
soldier was very tricky and thought of great ideas on the battlefield. While mainly
working on the ground, as suppose to space, Andres was a good team player who could
also h old his o wn by himself. He played an important role in the East Asian jungles
during the Opium raid of a wealthy millionaire.
Jerry Rivera- Army of the Southern Cross. The Tactic al Corps soldier
had no limits and wasn't afraid of challenges. Very quick to observe what was around him,
he became known for great detective work. He worked well on his own and looked for ways
to do so. He became an underground player who was able to get information from various
ends of the table. He was like a predator looking for his prey. After the bait was taken,
he milked it to the fullest.
Assad Saif-(Player) Entered the group Winter/Spring 1998.
Characters used:
Michael D'Anne- Army of the Southern Cross. This Tactical
Armored Space Corps soldier was a new asset to the group. Although new to the fighting
scene, Michael brought a conservative view to things. He always wanted to think before
acting or staging any daring moves. He was very timid as a newbee, but he later started
to blend in with the group. Although still afraid to go all out, much like the opposite
that Elizabeth was, he tends to stand his ground, and occassionally looks for help and
guidance.
