The trouble with baseball players going on strike is that we can survive a missed season.
If you need a baseball "fix", just play it yourself with a computer baseball simulation or a table-top version.
The threat of a player strike is repulsive. These guys get an obscene amount of money, to play a child's game.
That game would be fun to play, for most of the "voiceless" fans, who ultimately pay the freight.
Could the owners be as powerless as we are? Is the tail finally wagging the dog?
No wonder I like fantasy baseball so much.
Reality bites!
