The Kickboxing Event of The Year
The countdown is on to the most anticipated kickboxing
event of the year. On April 2, the Moorabbin Town Hall will play
host to an 8 Man Middleweight Elimination
Tournement to decide who is the best kickboxer in the South
Pacific
Four world champions will take part in the event and will make
up half of what is the strongest middle-weight card in Australian
Kickboxing history.
Ringside Promotions (Kelly Seif) have sparred no expense in
obtaining the finest middle-weight kickboxers from Australia and
New Zealand to contest this tournament which will be telecast
to a national television audience on Fox Sports.
The Eight Fighters competing for the ultimate glory are
- Daniel Dawson- World super welterweight champion
- Baris Nezif-World welterweight champion
- Chris Collard- World middleweight champion
- Oliver Olsen- World super welterweight champion
- Jenk Behic-South Pacific super welterweight champion
- Wayne Parr-Intercontinental super welterweight champion
- Shane Chapman-South pacific middleweight champion
- Steve Dale- Commonwealth middleweight champion
As an Added attraction, former WKA world middleweight
champion "Diamond" Dale Westennan will return
to the ring to take on a Thai opponent in an undercard fight.
