All three names are on the lawsuit filed this week in Knox County Circuit Court. </div> <bR> <div> The two-page document gives little detail about the alleged incident, but it does say Steiner was in Knoxville on June 6, 2000, when he, "without consent, provocation or justification" assaulted Turner. </div> <bR> <div> It states that when Steiner approached a parked vehicle Turner was sitting in, he reached inside, grabbed Turner's skirt and told her to "take it off, baby."
