Reese: It is 8:00 pm and I am ready to rumble
freestylefan: hi Coach Reese
amateurwrestleADM: yup, coach reese and gail wolfe
amateurwrestleADM: she will be right back
Reese: Hello everyone
amateurwrestleADM: there were a couple of more but they decided not to wait
freestylefan: too bad
freestylefan: by the way...the Asian Championships had only three countries...Nepal didn't show
freestylefan: Coach...have the TV crews showed up yet?
Reese: They will be coming out to Morris on Wednesday Dec. 2 - 5th
amateurwrestleADM: do you know when the show will be aired?
freestylefan: are the girls excited?
vetmom: That's cool!
Reese: Not yet
Reese: everyone on campus and the community and USA Wrestling is pretty excited
amateurwrestleADM: It should be a huge boost
freestylefan: first real media attention in 10 yrs!
vetmom: Lauren's sister, Kami, says hello to all of you.
Reese: We are looking to make a positive statement not just about women's wrestling, but collegiate wrestling as well
amateurwrestleADM: hi Kami :)
raider: hello kami
freestylefan: hi kami
----- ...........................MrGrapple joined............. :)
amateurwrestleADM: hi MrGrappple
vetmom: Hi, MrGrapple.
freestylefan: what can you tell us about the Lakehead U. team?
MrGrapple: Type HEREHi
Reese: Well, they are a first year official program, last season a club team
vetmom: How many official college women's teams are there now?
Reese: They have a full lineup, but are young looking for more experience
raider: is there any teams here in Michigan?
Reese: I am not sure. I here that there will be a number of schools starting up next year
vetmom: None that I know of.
----- ...........................tina joined............. :)
amateurwrestleADM: hi tina
freestylefan: Northern Kentucky is one
Reese: Central Michigan e-mailed me this weekend, they want to start a women's club on campus
freestylefan: hi tina
MrGrapple: Read No. Kentucky was starting
Reese: Nothing has happened yet in Kentucky...no men's program either
tina: Type HEREsorry i am new to this stuff
freestylefan: Harvard was going to start a club...not sure if they got the ten girls required
amateurwrestleADM: tina: not a problem
raider: I have a girl on my high school team that is looking for girls to wrestle here in mich.
Reese: They have a couple of girls, I saw them compete a lot last year
tina: how many girls do you need to start a clib
freestylefan: at Harvard 10, apparently
freestylefan: I guess it's different at different schools
Reese: Michigan still has a good state tournament for girls
tina: are there any more looking to start programs
freestylefan: were you a high school wrestler, tina?
raider: yes she knows but wants to find more to work out with
Reese: Carson-Newman in TN, and Pembroke State in NC are starting up programs next year
tina: yes i wreslted 1 1|2 yrs
amateurwrestleADM: tina: what made you want to start wrestling?
tina: I saw a girl come to a scrimmage and beat up some of our guys
amateurwrestleADM: hehehe :)
tina: it was pretty funny
freestylefan: so you figured you could do it too?
vetmom: What state was that in, Tina?
tina: I thought a could because i was bigger than her
tina: that was in ohio
amateurwrestleADM: what did your parents' think when you said you wanted to try out?
vetmom: How successful were you against the guys?
MrGrapple: Tina I have a couple of good pics of you at St Paul
tina: my parents didn't want me to have anything to do with it
freestylefan: why?
tina: I wasn't successful until I realized that I could beat the guys
Reese: Thing change fast, Tina's parents are very supportive and are helping our program as well
amateurwrestleADM: Gail, what did you think when Laruen first got into wrestling?
tina: what kind of pictures do you have
vetmom: My husband & I have always been supportive of Lauren's wrestling.
raider: is it harder to coach girls or boys?
MrGrapple: You finishing double on Patricia
vetmom: We never told our kids they couldn't do something because of their sex.
Reese: No...just different personalities and psychologies
freestylefan: tell us about that match with Patricia
tina: as a female athlete i can say that the guys whine alot more
raider: haha
Reese: Amen!
amateurwrestleADM: hehehe, probably very true :)
raider: can I get some cheese with that wine?
tina: the match for me was more mental than physical because she had already beaten me three times
freestylefan: yes, and she pinned you in the first round
freestylefan: how did you come back from that?
Reese: Tina had the opportunity to win all the matches she wrestled with Patricia, some where conditioning played a facotr, others mental errors
MrGrapple: Took them to Keystone to give to you.Jimi dawn has them now
tina: i realized that at that piont I had nothing to lose by going all out
Reese: The thing with Tina she is still learning alot about the sport, and improving greatly
tina: how is jimidawn
MrGrapple: Mean as ever
tina: I would like to second that
amateurwrestleADM: here's a question for all three of you. what was the best moment in wrestling for you, as a coach, and as a parent?
freestylefan: how did you feel about the Worlds?
tina: I try to learn as much as possible because you can't muscle everyone
vetmom: My best moment was when I saw Lauren beat Diana at Nationals in 1997. Diana had beat Lauren twice before that.
Reese: The best moment is seeing your athletes grow - not just winning, but improving, using technique, reaching their potential
freestylefan: Wesendunk?
vetmom: yes.
----- ...........................FHSWrestler joined............. :)
amateurwrestleADM: hi FHS
tina: I felt that I held back part of me. Although I was happy to go I wanted to win
raider: whats your favorite move Tina?
FHSWrestler: hey all
raider: hey
FHSWrestler: its me mako Tama.....
amateurwrestleADM: hey, glad you could make it :)
tina: I think whatever move I can work at that moment to win the match
amateurwrestleADM: sorry I've been so busy, I'm even in my lab right now :P
amateurwrestleADM: is there a particular move you look for?
vetmom: What type of lab work do you do?
amateurwrestleADM: I'm a graduate student in chemistry. I do computational chemistry
raider: mortician?
FHSWrestler: i listen to music while we run and the cool thing is i have a doors tape and La Woman and Riders on the storm is back to back and it perfectlly our running time
vetmom: Lauren is a chemistry major at Cornell.
amateurwrestleADM: wow, didn't know that :)
Reese: You and Tina are now going to change this whole topic to chem!
amateurwrestleADM: I'm a Physical Chemisty
amateurwrestleADM: hehehe. :)
FHSWrestler: our first meet is a week from wensday
tina: i like organic chem
FHSWrestler: coaches said ill probably get to wrestle!!!!
vetmom: Lauren wants to teach chemistry and coach.
Reese: at what weight?
amateurwrestleADM: Tina, are you a chem major too?
tina: I don't think am a teacher
tina: yes i am a chem and bio
amateurwrestleADM: I'm not a teacher either, although I'm currently teaching labs
tina: I really sorry!!
raider: my first meet is on the 3rd of Dec.
FHSWrestler: mine too

Reese: who do you open up with
FHSWrestler: what state is everyone from

amateurwrestleADM: from Washington St
FHSWrestler: Kentucky
Reese: Minnesota, Florida, Michigan, Illinois
tina: show off
FHSWrestler: all the kids here are like big country boys except for us
amateurwrestleADM: hehe :)
FHSWrestler: and that sucks cos there all strong and crap
Reese: FHSWrestler will this be your first match
raider: where in Michigan ?
tina: well we want to beat them not look like them
FHSWrestler: theyre brought up on biscuits were brought up on hamburegers
FHSWrestler: yeah
freestylefan: are you male or female FHS?
FHSWrestler: male

FHSWrestler: we got a gal on our team though
vetmom: I'm in Okemos, Michigan (near Michigan State University)
tina: have you every competed agaisnt a girl
raider: I'm in the lower near Port Huron
FHSWrestler: no this is my first year
FHSWrestler: we had two girls on our team last year though
raider: Almont to be exact
tina: my high school coach recently relocated and now has 15 girls
----- ...........................stonecold joined............. :)
amateurwrestleADM: hi stone
vetmom: We will drive through Port Huron to go through Canada to visit Lauren in Ithaca, NY
amateurwrestleADM: wow. on a hs team?
stonecold: Forest High School
stonecold: hi
tina: yes it is his first year as head coach too
FHSWrestler: Frankfort High School
amateurwrestleADM: how many guys are on that team?
raider: get Lauren to stop by my hs some time would like to meet her
tina: he coaches in ohio at east tech
tina: he has 15 guys also
amateurwrestleADM: I went to Capital Univ. in Columbus my freshman year
vetmom: She lives in Ithaca now so only drives through Port Huron to visit Mom & Dad.
FHSWrestler: we only got like 15 total
raider: I am off 69 by Imlay City
tina: really one of my other coaches wresltled at Ohio state
stonecold: thats the bottom line
amateurwrestleADM: cool
stonecold: cuz stonecold said so
vetmom: Raider, what school is yours?
raider: Almont
amateurwrestleADM: tina, how did your coach respond when you first started off in wrestling?
tina: don't worry about numbers 3 dedicated is better than 30 slackers
Reese: Did Lauren wrestle this weekend at the Clansmen?
FHSWrestler: we have some slackers......
FHSWrestler: two of my friends are gulty of that
tina: he was pretty good about it because whatever the boys did I did
FHSWrestler: theyve already got tired of practice but i love it
MrGrapple: Is 20-20 coming next week
vetmom: No, she had an injured rib and spleen from a gut wrench at a Cornell practice.
tina: you should push them until they work hard
Reese: 20/20 will be up on Dec.2-5th
FHSWrestler: they wont
FHSWrestler: ive tried there like "why do you care anyway"
tina: it will be fun to have them here in morris
FHSWrestler: so im like sorry i just tryin to help my friends get better
raider: keep pushing
Reese: The school administration is trying to get the new Gov. Ventura here as well for our dual
----- ...........................Buzz joined............. :)
amateurwrestleADM: hehehe :)
MrGrapple: Jd has finals then can't make it to snowland
amateurwrestleADM: hi Buzz
freestylefan: that would get some publicity
tina: if they won't work hard beat them for a while they will either get their act together ot quit
raider: the BODY or is the MIND?
FHSWrestler: i plan on it
FHSWrestler: we have a bad situation though
Reese: Right now he is both...time will tell though
tina: if you beat on their body IN PRACITICE the mind will understand
FHSWrestler: one of the guys on the team tried to quote unquote rape another teammates (my friends) girlfriend
vetmom: Doug, did any of your girls go to the Clansmen?
tina: we wanted to but ot was too late
Reese: No the cost of airfare was just too much.
raider: hey vetmom if you're in the area stop by at a dual or something
vetmom: What will be their next competition?
amateurwrestleADM: I hear you on the airfare. It costs $500 just to fly from here to Seattle
tina: remember to keep personal stuff out of the wrestling room
FHSWrestler: thats hard though
vetmom: We're driving through on Thanksgiving Day, but we're rushing to get to Lauren's for dinner.
FHSWrestler: with this situation
Reese: It gets real expensive to compete, to stay on top...you really have to "pay a price"
tina: its all about selfdiscipline
raider: 6 hrs ?
amateurwrestleADM: very true
tina: yeah and sacrifice
Reese: It has to be important to you. Sacrifice is the right word.
vetmom: About 8 hrs. from Okemos to Ithaca, NY
FHSWrestler: friday i wrestled our coahc and a 4 year senior i think it helped me alot realize stuff
raider: I went to school near Cornell a small town called Batavia
FHSWrestler: kelly helped me alot, he shoulda made state last year but wasnt in good enough condtition
vetmom: never heard of it.
amateurwrestleADM: tina, are you the first in your family to wrestle?
tina: also delayed gratification i got beat up for almost two years and only won two matches
raider: really its called Genesse com college
vetmom: That sounds familiar.
tina: yes although my dad had a brief stint back in the day
vetmom: Lauren's two older brothers wrestled.
FHSWrestler: im by far not the first in myfamily
amateurwrestleADM: Gail, is Kami thinking about (or already) wrestling?
raider: where?
tina: it must be nice to have family to help
vetmom: She tried it when she was younger, but she says she didn't like it. I think she didn't like being compared to her successful sister.
FHSWrestler: yeah but my dad cant help cso his back is too badly hurt and my cousin lives in another state
----- ...........................Dusty joined............. :)
amateurwrestleADM: hi dusty
raider: hey
amateurwrestleADM: yeah, I can see that
tina: my little sister was the same way but I encouraged her to do whatever SHE wanted
amateurwrestleADM: coach, who is the best female wrestler you have had (this knowing tina is listening). :)
raider: everyone in my family is involved in wrestling me and dad coach, sister does stats little brother wrestles and I do also
vetmom: The boys and Lauren all wrestled for Okemos High School. My oldest, Rustin, also wrestled for U of Wisconsin and is now an asst. wrestling coach for U of Chicago.
raider: cool
Reese: Technical and physically - mentally tough, probably Lisa Berube of Escanaba, MI
raider: beautiful town
freestylefan: did you coach Jackie B. also?
tina: that's so cool I think my children will wreslte:)
MrGrapple: Did she have the baby yet?
Reese: yes I worked with Jackie for two year before she took the job at Northwestern U
vetmom: Yeah, Tina, that's what Kami does (soccer and cross country).
Reese: Lisa had a baby in October
FHSWrestler: what does everyone call the banana split? ive heard some call it spread eagle
raider: did she wrestle in high school?
amateurwrestleADM: FHS, I've heard it called both also
tina: when i was in high school i did x_country and track
Reese: Jackie was a gymnast, Lisa did wrestle all though school
FHSWrestler: that move rules
FHSWrestler: hard to do when your startin though
vetmom: Lauren wrestled all through high school (100 varsity matches) and played soccer and cross country all 4 yrs. too.
raider: crab ride is pretty good
FHSWrestler: i dont know that one raider
tina: the coolest move move is the guiollotene
FHSWrestler: we learned ball and chain friday though
raider: YES!!!
tina: that hurts
Reese: No, the best move is the pin!
tina: I second that
MrGrapple: Its illegal in freestyle
vetmom: Is that a move or a result of one?
raider: but its fun to get the move
Reese: No it only takes 1 second in freestyle
amateurwrestleADM: gail, how did lauren do in HS?
raider: touch fall
tina: those are always nice
vetmom: She had winning seasons her freshman and sophomore yrs. but didn't do as well when she got into the heavier wt. groups.
Reese: Tina had a :05 pin last year in Canada off a double leg
vetmom: Way to go, Tina!
raider: what take downs do you like Tina?
tina: thanks
amateurwrestleADM: wow, that beats my 6 second pin in Jr. High hehehe :)
FHSWrestler: my dad saw someone get there neck snapped 3 seconds into the match
raider: mine to
raider: ouch
MrGrapple: Had one in first round with Grace too?
FHSWrestler: i hope ijust win once or twice
Reese: Vs. Grace, that was around :10
vetmom: If you work at it FHS, you'll win more than that.
raider: set your goal for more then 2
FHSWrestler: ive been workin hard
amateurwrestleADM: just win your first one and go from there :)
Reese: All hard work pays off!
FHSWrestler: most of the kids ive been wrestlin i can controll them easy
vetmom: Just keep it up, FHS. It takes a while to become successful.
FHSWrestler: ive only had a prob with kelly and guy who is incredible stroung
FHSWrestler: strong
tina: i always wanted that first win because after that you are unstoppable
raider: keep pushing its what you do before and after practice that really helps
MrGrapple: What is the NAIA tourney?
amateurwrestleADM: NAIA is another league
amateurwrestleADM: like NCAA
FHSWrestler: like NCAA
Reese: National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics
FHSWrestler: like 3 a sorta i think
tina: they started a womens nationals
MrGrapple: I know I meant in Vegas
tina: i can't wait to go
raider: Thats what my dad wrestled in the 50's
Reese: They are supporting women's wrestling in college this year. We will have a women's collegiate tournament which will be open this year.
vetmom: When and where will it be?
Reese: Right now either Vegas or St. Louis on Sunday March 20th.
FHSWrestler: does anyone know when any wrestling comes on tv?
amateurwrestleADM: FHS, next sunday I believe
MrGrapple: Will it be freestyle?
amateurwrestleADM: replay of USA vs Russia
freestylefan: it doesn't, usually
FHSWrestler: what channel and tiem?
Reese: Yes, frreestyle
tina: usually in ohio its on the community channel
amateurwrestleADM: ESPN or ESPN2, but not sure what time...don't have my tv times with me here
amateurwrestleADM: "check your local listings"
FHSWrestler: but thats hard makoi dont know if i can lol
amateurwrestleADM: tina, when you wrestled, did you ever have problems? I had one girl write me (I was hoping she would come here tonight) that said that her coach only lets her wrestle girls and there aren't any girls around to wrestle ANything like that?
amateurwrestleADM: or anything you might say to her?
vetmom: Oh, bad date for women's collegiate Open. Lauren has a family function on Sat. the 19th in Baltimore, MD.
amateurwrestleADM: anybody else is free to answer that too
vetmom: Never mind, wrong month. Ours is in May.
tina: I didn't encounter those kind of problems because I was so aggressive my parents thought I was wrestling girls
though
Reese: I would prefer, women to wrestle women.
FHSWrestler: um our coach hasnt put anby restrictions on jacqi like that bu tshes hurt right now reputred apendix i think
Reese: But we don't have the numbers yet to do that.
MrGrapple: Jimi lost her athletic eligibilityfor missing school to go to USA Nationals
raider: I put my girl against anyone but I agree with coach Reese
tina: although most coaches think its for saftely if thinks that she can handle it she should prove it by outworking the guys
Reese: No other sports really allow the girls to go against the guys.
MrGrapple: good point Tina
vetmom: Lauren never had girls to work out with so she has always practiced with guys.
FHSWrestler: oh yeah mako i got 46 sitouts friday
tina: personally I prefer to wresltle with guys although I won't have the same level of success
amateurwrestleADM: well, football in some cases
FHSWrestler: a new personal best
raider: same here
amateurwrestleADM: great FHS! :)
Reese: Some states like Wyoming have restrictions to prevent it.
raider: like what?
FHSWrestler: we had a girl kicker on our football team
amateurwrestleADM: did Texas have one also?
Reese: Girls cant wrestle in High School.
MrGrapple: Football has a girl being recruited by D-1 as a kicker
Reese: In Texas it must be girl vs. girl
tina: if their a firls to wrestle that would be different but you have to work with what you have
raider: I use to date our girl kicker
vetmom: I thought that Title IX forced a school to allow a person to compete on a team of the opposite sex if there was no team in that sport for his or her sex.
tina: if the had girls to wrestle..
freestylefan: as there are more women in the sport, these problems will disappear
Reese: What about Volleyball...there are no high school programs for guys
amateurwrestleADM: or softball
amateurwrestleADM: that was an issue in WA.
tina: but they can start one if they want
amateurwrestleADM: Girls can play baseball but a guy can not play softball
FHSWrestler: brb
amateurwrestleADM: okay
tina: guys in our highschool started a volleyball team
Reese: The real important thing is to get coaches to open up their wrestling rooms to females, and to train them
raider: where in ohio are you from Tina?
vetmom: A guy could try out for softball or volleyball. But a coach could cut him. In wrestling, there are no cuts.
amateurwrestleADM: some tv coverage on women's wrestling would be great I think
freestylefan: yes...they certanly haven't done that in the past
tina: and also for the females to come in as a wresltler and not a girl on the team
Reese: Again it is the preception of the coach. I train wrestlers, not women.
tina: cleveland heights
raider: cool I have relatives in Barberton
FHSWrestler: question do ya have to wherea cup?
Reese: No. Briefs are the best.
FHSWrestler: cos i did in football and when i fell on my side it hurt worse than getting kicked
tina: for what?
FHSWrestler: wrestling
Reese: Tina you shouldn't answer this question
FHSWrestler: lol
amateurwrestleADM: I never wore a cup in wrestling
raider: me either
amateurwrestleADM: lots of football players don't either
FHSWrestler: im not
raider: gets in the way
amateurwrestleADM: at my hs, only the lineman and linebackers did
amateurwrestleADM: maybe running backs too
tina: are we talking football or wreslting?
FHSWrestler: when you all crossface how hard do ya do it?
tina: as hard as possible
MrGrapple: hard as the ref lets you
raider: good shoes, head gear and maybe knee pads is all ya need
amateurwrestleADM: I do it as hard as I can. but just remember, it's not a swing
Reese: Hard enough to make your opponent think about quiting but not too hard to be penalized
vetmom: I don't know what happened to Lauren tonight. I called and she isn't home.
amateurwrestleADM: I start my crossfaces already in contact with the head
FHSWrestler: if i dont swing then how do i do it good
amateurwrestleADM: that's alright gail :)
tina: she's prbably at the library
raider: no smacking sounds no penalty
amateurwrestleADM: us chem majors live in library or labs huh? :)
tina: exactly
vetmom: I doubt it. She got engaged. She's probably with her fiance'.
raider: does he wrestle?
tina: so he finally did it huh?
amateurwrestleADM: I start crossfaces under the chin and just keep putting pressure into his cheek
amateurwrestleADM: congratulations! :)
FHSWrestler: ok i think i did mine illegal then
vetmom: Thanks. Yes, he wrestled for Cornell. He plans to stay with freestyle.
FHSWrestler: i sorta swing no smacking sound though
FHSWrestler: woke my friend up though
MrGrapple: I tried to get Lauren to wrestle Murray in the parking lot after nationals
tina: if they don't take away pionts don't worry about it
raider: I push across the nose and lift up wards
amateurwrestleADM: hehehe :)
vetmom: He must have missed her when she went to Poland.
Reese: No they were on the phone alot!
FHSWrestler: i usually come across the nose
vetmom: I'm sure.
amateurwrestleADM: Gail, have YOU ever thought of wrestlign?
amateurwrestleADM: just wondering :)
tina: actually everyminute that she wasn't on the mat
vetmom: I would have enjoyed it, but now I am too old and I have a bad shoulder.
raider: what weight does he go?
vetmom: 190-220
FHSWrestler: hes a bigun
raider: big dude
amateurwrestleADM: heh, my weight :)
raider: hey mako there ya go
FHSWrestler: your a bigun
vetmom: Lauren's Dad always said she needed to find someone with biceps bigger than hers.
raider: lool
amateurwrestleADM: tina, you say that you are a chem/bio major. how are things going for you time wise?
amateurwrestleADM: LOL
amateurwrestleADM: by the way, for those of you who are new to all this, LOL = laugh out loud :) and :) is a smile
vetmom: Tina, how did you manage taking time off for Arizona and Poland?
tina: its is very hard to find sleep time
amateurwrestleADM: do labs ever get in the way of practice?
tina: I arranged to take my exams upon my return and study during camp
vetmom: So you missed over a month of classes?
FHSWrestler: mako wanna fly in so i can do a career report on you? LOL
Reese: I talked to all of tina's instructors and the college administration to work it out. Tina had 50 pounds of books she hauled around Europe.
FHSWrestler: i thinking ahead for school
tina: yes I miss tuesday evenings so I do extra stuff on monday
tina: more like 50kilos
amateurwrestleADM: only 50 huh? heheeh :)
amateurwrestleADM: hehe :)
raider: big back pack to carry
amateurwrestleADM: do you work out on your own on Mondays? or with others?
amateurwrestleADM: raider, it's just part of her training :)
raider: lol
tina: I drag in some others girls for mat work and do those taebo tapes for cardio
raider: probably better then lifting
raider: the pack of books that is
freestylefan: how often does the UMM team train?
tina: i was doing squats allday because it toke to much energy to take it off
FHSWrestler: howd everone do there first year?
Reese: We train 5 days a week, on the mat, running, and lifting
Reese: We have had alot of success
raider: what kind of weight training?
Reese: Mostly becuase we training more than our competition
FHSWrestler: hey mako you know how you said you ran steps during lunch? howd you shower afterword?
MrGrapple: Some girls get zero mat time.No partners
Reese: On weight training I believe in the Menzer Heavy Duty Program 1 set 6-10 reps max weight
amateurwrestleADM: I had an open 4th period (right after lunch)
FHSWrestler: what about when you didnt
raider: thats what we do
tina: it has almost impossible ta train without partners it takes special dedication
amateurwrestleADM: FHS, if you have just a bit of time (30 min) you just run 15 min unless you feel like smelling :)
raider: how many days a week coach?
FHSWrestler: we have an hour at lunch
Reese: At least 3 days a week, I lift 5-6 days a week and have had great success.
amateurwrestleADM: tina, it's though because you want to slack off and you don't have anyone to wrestle with if you don't have a partner
raider: we go 5 but shake up the routine
amateurwrestleADM: FHS, you only need like 15 minutes to shower and get to class no?
tina: i don't quite understand
freestylefan: how much time on the mats?
FHSWrestler: but i livea cross town
Reese: Split up the lifting Chest/Tri, Back/Biceps, Legs.
----- ...........................tony123 joined.............:)
amateurwrestleADM: just responding to training with out partners. it's tough because you want to say I'll do it next time and

amateurwrestleADM: welcome back tony
tony123: i cant stay connected :(
tina: yes sometimes you need someone to push you
amateurwrestleADM: FHS, you can run at school and shower there can't you?
raider: yes actually 1 body part per day we have a small weight room
FHSWrestler: no the showers are at the gym down the street and i cant get in there i dont think
Reese: Do what you can with what you got!
MrGrapple: Jimi never steps on a mat except for actual competition. And only wrestles in practice during summer and Christmas holidays
tina: but not everyone is as dedicated
vetmom: Doesn't Jimi's school have a wrestling team she can work out with?
freestylefan: I have to say good night folks...see you all soon
