How the match went....
After a quick start , both sides
were somehow nervous ... eager to show the hidden talents amidst the team. We were indeed under some
tremedous pressure by the opponents. They had skills and strength, as well as speed.Nevertheless, all of us
gave in our ALL. Out of sudden , against the run of play our striker Lester struck in the first goal.This has
somehow settle down our team and after a while , Lester scores again! This time , he has shown great
persistent to win the ball and slot past the GK .
HT score 2-0
Start of second half , Darren made it 3-0 .. kind of 'lucky' goal that was... the ball bounced over the GK into
the net. Then when we thought we had the won , the opponent put a fierce fight and a few defensive
blunders made us paid. score was 3-3.. opponent's moral was high.. our was low... then, our left
winger Gerald , dribbles into the opponent PK box ,"SHOOT" shouts the manager(Marcus), everyone shouts to him
asking him to SHOOT!! but... he passes to Winson instead, somehow Winson pass back to Gerald . We thought
that it was another fruitless attack but Gerald has different ideas and managed to get the ball into the
back of the net Thats the winning goal :) We won , despite the opponent having played better .

2nd match
Date : 26th March Sec School Beside YCK MRT
Opponent : Bendemeer Team
Score : 2 - 1

How the match went....
This is the third attempt for the opponent to try and beat us
We had won the previous two matches against them ,score being 4-3 both times
And we had much confidence that we could easily get a win :) .Just the start
of the match , with most of our players barely touching the ball , one of dozens
of chance came! Xiang however should have made that count but instead his shot goes
way of target.. This goal could have settle down our side. During the first half
Xiang had about 5 chances , good chances to really score including an open goal
but he tried to make a spectacular shot by volleying the ball ! and he missed!!
the score remains 0-0.... HT score 0-0
Second half begins , most of our players seemed tired but commited and continue to pressure , (especially our captain , who showed great discipline and mental strength .Thanks captain)
the opponent , and after a while ... Xiang broke free , using his pace , he dribbles the ball
past a defender , and took a low drive !!~ which ends up into the far post!! Goal!!
Score 1-0 , it certainly made our team morale higher but we had somehow lost concentration
for a while and let the opponent equalise with a thunderous shot ... 1-1 , our team began
to lose our composure and was under pressure ...opponent had a freekick which was punched away
by our splendid GK (introduce to us by our captain) who made great saves throughout the game and we managed to prevent them getting
the winning goal... ,Our midfield showed great passing , reading and determination and in the last
moments of thegame , Lester sends in a precise ball into the PK box !! With back facing the goal post
Xiang heads!! and the ball flew past the GK !! Thats got to be the winning goal!! So.. the final score is 2-1
This match , is so far our best performance , becos of our Strong Midfield

Xiang : Wat do u think of our win today ?

Captain : EZZZZZZZZ ..... wahahaha .We can EZZZZZly finish them off in the first half , but because u MISS .
Xiang : Then who u think is the man of the match in the match ?
Captain : Definitely not their players , i knew that right from their siao zhang faces . Although u MISS ,
u perform superbly and since u r the match winner , i think u deserve the samsung man of the match award .
Although i must add that the whole team perform superbly .

Gerald Hui : Hi Mr X, how did you find the match?

Mr X: Well, the water polo game is not bad. Just that the swimming pool is too dirty.

GH : !??!?!?!

X : Hey man, just kidding! On the whole, the match is not bad though the passing needs some improvement and
the condition of the pitch is simply not suitable to play soccer.

GH : Ya, the pitch is terrible! there are holes and puddles of water everywhere! But, our opponents
wanted us to play there, so no choice lah. Maybe next time we should share $$ and book a pitch!
So, who are some of the players which performed well?

X : Well, i personally feel that, your midfield general, jersey no. 3 is good! He had a header saved by the
hands of a fat defender in penalty box!THATS DEFINITELY A PENALTY! That no. 3 was everywhere, defence, mifield
and attack. He is very skillful too, the way he waltz through the opponent's midfield, SIMPLY FANTASTIC!

GH : Yeah, thats a penalty!! But, that fat pig oops, i mean fat defender said no, what can we do?

X : No. 9 is also very good! The way he uses his speed and skill to score the 2 goals, left me stunned!
No. 18 is also very good! Very determined player but too bad he did not finish the whole match Oh ya, there is
another guy not wearing your team's jersey, 1 of the centre midfielders....

GH : Oh, you mean Adran? The almost no hair guy??What about him?

X : Yes! thats the guy! GOOD? ARE YOU SERIOUS? The way he dribbles the ball looks so much like a clown!
He is so reckless!You saw how he went into a tackle but got himself injured?SO STUPID!!Such a joker!!!!!
He reminds me of 1 of the EPL players..ROBBIE SAVAGE!Both of them ought to join the circus!They are bound to
make it big in there!

GH : ........... erm, just a mistimed challenge thats all. So who are your candidates for Man of The Match??

X : The whole team played very well! But, No. 3 and No. 9 stood out among the rest!!!*claps*

GH : Alright, thank you Mr X for your comments! Hope to see you in our next match!

X : And 1 more thing,next time choose your opponents carefully,dun choose such childish opponents
The keeper looks more like a monkey and more than half the team mimicking a girl shouting "JIA YOU" *kaptui*

3rd match
Date : 4th June Sec School Beside YCK MRT

Score : 5 - 3

How the match went....
We had a few demoralising moments before the match starts.... Two stars , Minghui and Junwei has to play for their team and then in the morning , our Winger , Ah gong was sick and cannot make it .Den , we had to wait for the field...cos two matches were held on the same day but nevertheless , we went on with the match.

Opps starts the game but it was onli after a few minutes , with a defence spliting pass from Xiang , Lester broke free to score his first of two goals in the game~!! Then after a while ,from a long thru ball from Darren , Xiang , using his pace makes it two - nil ~! The whole team was in high spirits by this time and were even happier when Lester makes it three - nil!~! Wow , the best start for the team this season....!! Before HT , the Opp pulled one back thru Minghui as he pounce on our failure to clear off a corner.We had a handful of chances but we failed to convert them

Second half starts with the opp very enthusiatic and determine to score against us and manage to make the score 3-2 , it was a sad moment for us but we wun be giving up so soon , our Midfield are esp very strong today , passing nice balls ard flowing like water,Xiang had a couple of chances he squandered away meaninglessly then from a Darren's cross from the flank , Xiang makes it four- two!~! it was an easy goal as Darren had sent in a cross with precision ... With the time ticking after , our team are still attacking hard trying to increase our lead den , one of the opp players handed the ball in the area and a PK was awarded , who should take it??was a question mark as Xiang is out from a calf cramp den after long hesitation , Ming our central defender stood out and scores from the spot .

The Final Score is 5-3
Our whole team was terrific for this win but the best was the nice passing and cross from the midfield that made this win a even nicer one , def are strong but with 3 at the back , we still need to improve
