Spielvogel Signs 2 Year Deal

Major Ken "Duke Nukem" Spielvogel loves Total Packages Softball so much that he chose to stay in hot, sticky St. Louis for another 2 years. Ken's U.S. Army rotation was scheduled to end early this spring. Ken has played a vital role in our team's ascension, bringing a big bat to the lineup and aggressiveness from the catching position. Ken holds team records for all-time assists and putouts by a catcher, including several at 1b! Yes, 1b. Ken routinely makes the pro-style play of busting his tail down to 1b on plays at 1b (excluding possible plays at home) and has nailed several runners making the ill-advised left turn on overthrows. Ken also has videotape of himself cranking a double off of John Tudor at a Baseball Fantasy Camp.
