Brett "My name's as long as my arms" Schefflemaier

Defence
Height...6'6"
Weight...220lbs
Birthdate...03/31/81

Four fights in December against some tough guys including Smith, Orr, Boogaard and Crampton lands Scheff at the top of the heap. Big guy has had a slow year by his standards but is not taken lightly by any other tough guys in the league. Long reach and good balance make Scheff a guy to fight on your best day because he can make you look bad if you're not ready.

Jeff "Not Brown, not Jones, it's" Smith

LW
Height...6'6"
Weight...212lbs
Birthdate...01/02/81

The big guy from Red Deer has really come into his own this year and had five fights in December, fighting Gomez, Scheff, Forth and Thompson from Kootenay twice. Big with a long reach, he's taking some of the heat off a guy like Vandermeer who the Rebels need on the ice and not in the penalty box. Smith plays his role well and will be a big cog in the Rebels run for the big prize this year.

Robin "Wonder Boy" Gomez

Centre
Height...6'1"
Weight...210lbs
Birthdate...10/15/81

Drops from one to three spot due to a lack of scraps, only two the past month with B.J. Fehr and Jeff Smith. Exciting guy to watch scrap with his all or nothing style wasn't very exciting this past month obviously with his lack of scrapping, but with the dog days of the season coming up, we should hear more from "Wonder Boy" in January.

Jim "aka Hansen" Vandermeer

Defence
Height...6'1"
Weight...208lbs
Birthdate...02/21/80

Another no fight month for Jim, but ask other guys in the league if they mind. I know it's tough to see a guy ranked fourth after two straight months of no fights, but as I said, ask around the league if many guys really want to go with the guy and I think you have your answer. He just doesn't have a lot of willing partners.

"Not Just any" Tyler Dyck "or Harry"

Centre
Height...6'3"
Weight...202lbs
Birthdate...03/16/83

Tyler had four fights in December and moves up four spots in a division thats been light in the fistic game lately. Jungwirth and Thomas were among his opponents and the big kid seems to be adaptiong to a role the Ice need filled. With the absence of new Oiler Comrie however, Tyler does have some offensive skills that he may need to use instead of fighting with the Ice now in need of some offence. Could see Tyler go from a fighter to a lover in short time depending on the Ice's needs.

Brad "The sloth" Voth"

RW
Height...6'6"
Weight...227lbs
Birtdate...02/25/80

The rest of the Central top ten becomes a placement by default as not many guys have been fighting and I'm putting in guys who are tough, not neccessarily fighting a lot. Brad had two fights in December, one with Colton Orr and the other with Cam Paddock, not a known tough guy. Big guy has definitely become a better fighter this year, however he is still as inconsistent as ever.

Andrew "Jungle Boy" Jungwirth

Defence
Height...6'2"
Weight...215lbs
Birthdate...02/19/82

Much the same as his Hurricane teammates, Andrew has slowed in the fighting game and drops in the rankings. Big guy who plays a mean game, hasn't been finding partners or hasn't been looking with the former being most likely as Andrew is a big physical defenceman.

Kyle "The halloween fairy" Wanvig

RW
Height...6'2"
Weight...200lbs
Birthdate...01/29/81

Big winger with a lot of skill managed three fights including Arsene, Evans and Sutter. Fighting isn't really this guys forte, but he is big and will defend himself when he isn't getting points. In a division on the weak side in fighting, Kyle makes his way back  into the top ten.

Andy "Don't touch my candy" Thompson

Defence
Height...6'2"
Weight...205lbs
Birthdate...01/05/84

This sixteen year old will be heard from in the years to come.  He had a four fight month with two against Jeff Smith of Red Deer, and one each with Lucyshyn and Wallin. Smith is a big kid and tough which makes Thompson's fight card very impressive for a rookie. This kid is big and mean, but can also play the game and he will be a force in the future.

Thomas "The Archbishop of" Scantlebury

Defence
Height...6'2"
Weight...205lbs
Birthdate...06/01/80

Big, mean defenceman was a guy we put in because he plays hard every night and is a gamer. Only one fight doesn't tell the whole story about this kid and if you see him play you'll know what we mean.
