David "Not Goliath" Kaczowka LW Height...6'2" Weight...220lbs Birthdate...07/05/81

Kaz just keeps the fights a comin', five fights against the likes of McNeill, Clarke, Sommerfeld, Orr and Serdachny, a pretty impressive list. With the playoffs coming and the Pats trying to improve their playoff position, Kaz may be asked to turn it down for a while as the team looks for those late season points and hopes for some home playoff dates, however the Pats have gone about business this year trying to pound teams into submission and this may not stop now, with Kaz continuing to pound away at the opposition.
 
 

Grant "The Ant" McNeill Defence Height...6'2" Weight...196lbs Birthdate...06/08/83

Seventeen year old keeps laying out the hits like he works for American Top Fourty. Nine fights last month with Murray, Francon, Kazcowka, Parker, Schefflemaier, Bowen, Thompson, Brown and one other scrap. If it wasn't for the very tough Kaz, McNeil would be running away with the heavyweight title in the east this season. Great guy to watch as well as this guy just throws bombs.
 
 

Randy "You lookin' at me?" Ponte LW Height...5'11" Weight...202lbs Birthdate...03/27/81

Ponte doesn't have staggering numbers this year, however he is tough, other teams are always aware of him and he fights the tough guys for the most part. Three fights on his card with Schefflemaier, Olynick and Smith on his dance card. With the playoffs coming soon, Ponte will need to be more belligerent to let teams know that the Wheaties are ready for the playoffs.
 
 

Matt "I ain't no day at the beach" Sommerfeld LW Height...6'2" Weight...203lbs Birthdate...04/26/82

Five fights for the Broncos tough guy include Mirasty, Chieduch, Kazcowka, Engelland and Paetsch. Big brawling winger takes on the toughest guys and does just fine, however on a team that often plays more of a finesse game, his amount of fighting is governed most often by the fact Swift isn't known for goon shows.
 
 

Deryk "I say old chap" Engelland Defence Height...6'3" Weight...210lbs Birthdate...04/03/82

Thompson and Sommerfeld made up Derek's dance card last month which doesn't seem like a lot, but this guy is tough and others around the league know it. Physical defenceman who usually only fights when others come looking for it doesn't rack up big numbers but is respected for his ability.
 
 

Dean "That's King, not queen" Serdachny Defence Height...6'2" Weight...214lbs Birthdate...01/17/80

Kaz and Chad-Mitchell made up Dean's card for the month which isn't huge, but this guy is also counted on for offence by the Bronco's. Big, physical defenceman who chips in at both ends of the ice.
 
 

Garth "Please don't call me Anne" Murray Centre Height...6'2" Weight...205lbs Birthdate...09/17/82

Garth fought both McNeill and Lynch of red Deer in the past month and is part of the Pats fight by committee style once you get past Kaz. Gritty winger usually ends up fighting after a big hit or agitating other teams skill guys. Garth will be a key cog in the Pats run for the Memorial Cup.
 
 

Ryan "Hammerhead" Thomas Centre Height...6'0" Weight...195lbs Birthdate...04/12/81

Didn't fight any real big boys, but for a middleweight sized guy, he will almost always answer the bell and do just fine. Like Murray, Ryan is also an agitator is prone to fight in response to something he's done rather than looking for a scrap to start with.
 
 

Jeff "Shy coaltrain" Coulter LW Height...6'0" Weight...198lbs Birthdate...01/02/82

Four fights including Thurston, Wellar, Evans and Arsene were on the card for Jeff. A player with somewhat limited skills is often at the mercy of the style of game being played thus his numbers aren't as high as they could be. A welcome addition to a toughness challenged Blades club.
 
 

Jeff "I'm back" Feniak D Height...6'5" Weight...220lbs Birthdate...01/31/81

Feniak had three fights and enters the Eastern top ten after being acquired by the Pats at the deadline from Tri-City. O'Connor, Crampton and Robinson make up the big defenceman's dance card and with the Pats seemingly trying to intimidate most teams with their play, Feniak could be a lot busier in the last month or so of the season.
