Colton "Don't call me Bobby" Orr

RW
Height...6'2"
Weight...210lbs
Birthdate...03/03/82

Colton had a three fight month that was enough to keep him on top of the final rankings of the year. His three fights included Boychuk, Clarke and Jorde. Colton has had a great season since arriving in Kamloops and based on fights witnessed and fights I've received information on has lost two, had a few  draws, while winning the vast majority. A second line player who has chipped in with points, punishing body checks and solid fighting skills has earned his number one ranking.
Jon "Nasty" Mirasty

LW
Height...5'9"
Weight...190lbs
Birthdate...04/06/82

This kid must be a good fighter because his number two ranking is based solely on his fighting prowess and nothing to do with his hockey skills. A fourth line player who contributes almost nothing offensively, throws few checks and isn't great without the puck has to contribute something and he does, great fighting skills and a solid chin. I believe he has the ability to contribute more than he does, but that would be up to the Am's to teach him those skills. Seven fights including three with Jack Redlick and singles with Hurd, McLachlan, Boogaard and Suaer. Hopefully Jon doesn't think that by jumping Sauer and smashing his head into the ice is what they mean by bringing more to the rink.
Ryan "Yawannago" Jorde

Defence
Height...6'3"
Weight...210lbs
Birthdate...03/23/82

Love the way this kid just stands back and throws the lefts like a Randy Johnson wind up doll. Three fights in March included Orr, Koci and Clarke. This guy is as exciting a fighter as there is in the west, with both he and Orr being the "last man standing" type fighters. Tough left-hander should be exciting over the next few years.
Darren "I'm no Sarah" McLachlan

LW
Height...6'2"
Weight...223lbs
Birthdate...02/16/83

Good to see the big guy back healthy and assuming his pre-injury role with the T-Birds. Gomez, Mirasty, Clarke and Foster made up Darren's dance card and it appears by the tough guys he dropped the gloves with he must be feeling better. Strong and a solid puncher who also plays a regular shift, we hope Darren is healthy for the entire year next season.
Derek "Boogey Man" Boogaard

LW
Height...6'7"
Weight...250lbs
Birthdate...06/23/82

Drops down, but it has nothing to do with his toughness, but more to do with acquiring a broken hand and his two fights. A loss to Mirasty and a win over Redlick to go with the unfortunate event of breaking his hand puts the behemoth from P.G. in fifth from second place. Derek is another player who would benefit from more playing time IMO and hopefully Cougar management realizes this kid could be more than a two shift brawler.
Jordan "We finally got a picture" Clarke

LW
Height...6'2"
Weight...204lbs
Birthdate...01/27/82

Hard puncher who must feel like he's died and gone to heaven with the increase in ice time he's received after coming to Spokane from P.A. Clarke is showing an ability to play a regular shift and no one has ever questioned his toughness. This division is getting tougher and it's a sin to have a guy this tough ranked sixth, but I'm sure he'll be challenging for a top spot next year. Four fights for Jordin in March included Orr, McLachlan, Dyck and Jorde.
Greg "I'm actually white,not" Black

C
Height...6'1"
Weight...180lbs
05/13//82

More of a middleweight guy, but he fights often and wins his share. Plays on Seattles top three lines and takes a regular shift adding toughness wherever he is. Greg had six fights in March including two with Wellar and singles with Togiai, Sauer, Gaustad and Lynch from P.G. This guy hits very hard for one of the smaller tough guys and will take on all comers.
Jack "The Beast" Redlick

D/Fwd
Height...6'3"
Weight...215lbs
Birthdate...06/29/83

Newcomer from Quesnel of the BCHL, Jack doesn't garner a ton of ice time, but he plays more than a lot of other tough guys and hopefully he uses his ice time to develop his skills. No question he's tough, with four fights including a win, a loss and a draw with Jon Mirasty and a loss to Derek Boogaard. None of the losses was devastating and at seventeen has plenty of time to improve his other skills while at this point playing  strictly a fourth line role. At 6'3" and 215 pounds, look for Jack to become a  force in the west division.
Andy "I wanna be a heavyweight" McAvoy

RW
Height...6'0"
Weight...195lbs
Birthdate...02/01/81

Another of the T-Birds small but tough forwards who also plays a regular shift. Keegan will take one and give one for the team while contributing on the score sheet as well. Four fights include Makway, Bauer, Wellar and Olson. Should play a key role for the T-Birds in their first round match up against the Rockets.
Pat "I can't help it coach" Brandreth

LW
Height...6'1"
Weight...173lbs
Birthdate...03/06/84

Young sixteen year old winger from Kamloops has fought on a regular basis and faired quite well for a smallish 6'0", 170 pounder. Fights with Priestlay, Brice, three with Baum and a battle with G.McLeod of Kelowna made up Pat's dance card. Brandreth plays a regular shift on the Blazers second or third line most nights and crashes and bangs from start to finish. Look for Pat to be heard from for a few years to come.
