The Warriors are team tough, but also have a couple guys who can compete in the heavyweight division. Sean O'Connor and Bobby Chad Mitchell aren't afraid to mix it up with anybody while guys like Brian Sutherby, Steven Crampton, Shawn Limpwright, Derek Engelland and Dustin Bru will all drop the gloves with most guys and fair all right. The Warriors will rumble with any team on any night and not find the short end of the stick too often. What makes the toughness on the Warriors so valuable is the fact that most of their toughness can take a regular shift. Even if the Warriors don't win a lot of games, the fans will get more bang for their buck than most other fans around the league.

Dustin Bru
LW...5'11"...195lbs...06/04/82
Middleweight will fight to defend himself or teammates and does a pretty good job as long as he doesn't bite off more than he can chew. Great team guy.

Ben Knopp
RW...6'2"...185lbs...04/08/82
Not exctly a known scrapper however like Bru will defend himself and teammates when needed. Good enough size to take care of himself on a team deep in willingness to rumble.

Jarrett Thompson
C...6'0"...215lbs...01/26/80
Gritty player who can stand back and toss 'em pretty good, however he tends to fight when the other guy comes looking for trouble and not as an aggressor. Good all around player who brings it every night.

Brian "Stringbean" Sutherby
C...6'3"...195lbs...03/01/82
Big, physical forward who will probably be asked to stay on the ice more  on a Warrior team that has plenty of toughness, but if the going gets rough you know this kid will be in the thick of it.

Jason Weitzel
C...5'10"...182lbs...04/25/80
Another in the long line of Warriors willing to go to the dance. Not a great fighter or very big , however he stands up when it counts.

Derek "I say old chap" Engelland
D...6'2"...197lbs...04/03/82
Streaky fighter, almost like his billets play with his supplements and he goes squirly. Won't fight for a while and then it's like he's making a run for the title. Good sized kid who at eighteen brings a solid all around game to the rink. See "The Mayon Event " for more.

Sean "4 leaf clover" O'Connor
RW...6'3"...203lbs...10/19/81
Another tough kid who teeters on the brink of being in our top ten.  Can and will defend himself and his teamates.

After approx. 40 games

The Warriors are  still team tough, but also have a couple guys who can compete in the heavyweight division. Sean O'Connor and Bobby Chad Mitchell aren't afraid to mix it up with anybody while guys like Jarrett Thompson, Brian Sutherby, Steven Crampton, Shawn Limpwright, Derek Engelland, Cole Byers and Ben Knopp will all drop the gloves with most guys and fair all right. The Warriors have rumbled with almost every team in the league and come out on top most nights. What makes the toughness on the Warriors so valuable is the fact that most of their toughness can take a regular shift. Even with the Warriors playing in the middle of the pack, the fans have been getting more bang for their buck than most other fans around the league.
