Over the week, we were
in Melbourne, Australia and
met some famous people.......
Visited Armadale
watch and saw some beautiful watches.
Too bad I was dead broke after buying the Patek...Sob!

Did lots of shopping
in town and thanks to Matt, we visited most of
the watch shops and retailers. But in the Mall, I spotted this...
A gigantic pocket
watch made by Seiko hanging
from the ceiling. When the clock strikes 12, voila....
the clock transforms
and treats us to a rendition of "Waltzing Matilda". Check out the back
of the clock. A balance wheel with two Koalas on each end of the pallet!
Also discovered in the
mall was..."Timezone"!! Did Richard
starts a subsidary in Melbourne?
Nope. It was a game centre!!
Thanks to Jas, Helen
and Matt, Shanti and myself
had a wonderful time in Melbourne. Hope to be back
sometime in the future....when we are less broke :-)
