a sound card, and a microphone and speakers (or a headset), you
can call any shelter in the US using an internet phone from your computer toll-free!
You'll have to register with their websites before you can use
any of them EXCEPT I-link.
If you don't have sound, you can still use I-Link or Speak4free on this page
to make free phone calls.
