He collects up to 9 Mealworms before he offers them to her or the young.

With every additional mealworm he picks up he lines all up on the floor, he sorts them out then he picks them all up again.

He is also very tame, he will snatch a mealworm from my hand. When he is not hungry he spends most of his time singing from a Banksia tree
