Wandering Student Overall Summary and Bio This is my page dedicated to quite possibly the funniest anime I have ever seen, Goldenboy.There is only six episodes to this wonderful OAV Series and they range from mildly lewd to downright NC-17. I would have to say that it is not for kids under 13 or 14. Technically it should be NC-17 but I remember being 14 and this anime shows nothing I didn't already know. He does however have this strange fetish for toilets. Watch it and you'll see. Goldenboy was animated from a manga by the same name which was written by Tatsuya Egawa. All six animated episodes were derived from the first book, which means that there are around fifteen more stories that could have been animated. Goldenboy is about a 25 year old guy named Kintaro Oe who after leaving school early sets out on his bicycle to travel around Japan studying life. On each adventure he manages to meet a beautiful girl who eventually falls in love with him,(usually right as he is leaving). The artwork is good and the stories are really humorous (if you still enjoy lewd early teen humor, which luckily I do because Goldenboy is friggin hilarious). They sometimes slip into a R rated groove which would not make your mom happy if she seen it, ( so keep it put up k ^_^). Overall I would suggest Goldenboy to someone looking for a laugh out loud funny anime. Even if the lewd humor fails to tickle your funny bone, Kintaro's body language will no doubt suck a laugh out of your body.
