Gadget

Her name was GADGET she came to us in a trade 15 years ago.
My husband thought I had lost my mind to trade a three hundred dollar
dog for a seventy-five dollar dog. Within 3 days she had stolen his heart,
and everyone else that entered our home. The years went by and we found this
was the best behaved, smartest dog we had ever had, she never was the normal
puppy. She never chewed on things and she housebroke so easy. The love for
her grew till my husband (before the year was out) brought home a male of the
same breed, they were wonderful together. Gadget thought she was CHARLES
mother and took such good care of him. We had Charlie only two short years
before cancer took him from us. There have been a house full of all kinds of
dogs after that, but none can hold a light to our Gadget.
Gadget our little doll with her own way of doing things and telling you just
what she wanted and not giving up till you understood and got what ever it
was.
She became ill this year, and having to have one surgery after another, Till
the day in July when they told me that there was no more to be done for her.
Take her home enjoy the time you have left with her! That was only a short
week, the pain was to great for her and as for any dear friend the decision
was made, the time had come to let her travel to RAINBOW BRIDGE.
15 years of love goes with her and our hearts!
Now we wait for the day to join her and Charlie as they run and play and have
no pain. Till we meet again have great fun my loves! We love and miss you.
