We adopted Goober 4 weeks ago knowing he had some problems, we had hoped
we could bring him back to good health but it wasn't to be.  He was in the
advanced stages of kidney failure so all we could do was see that he spent
his last days as comfortably as possible in a loving home.  I hope we
accomplished that, we tried very hard.  Tonight we had to help Goober begin
his journey across the Rainbow Bridge.  It's amazing how much of your life
they can become in just 4 short weeks, we will miss him very much.
