Kinds of Horseshoes

The following is a list of various kinds of horseshoes.

Plain - Standard, with a "toe"
Outer Rim - Wider, for sensitive feet, relaxes tendons
Queen's Plate - Same as plain, but without the "toe"
Bar - Has a bar across the top of the "U"
Hind Sticker - Prevents "rap" (stepping on own hooves)
Block Heel - Prevents slipping and running down on heels
Jar Calk - Designed for mud
Turn Down - For deep mud
Mud Nails - For hard mud
