Origin and Background

In a case of spontaneous generation of life that could only happen in the comics, the man known as Frank Weston sprang into existance from a combination of the raw genetic materials of an extraterrestrial slug, a mound of discarded tires and petrochemicals, and the superhero once known as Fred. This origin is unknown, even to Frank himself.

Personality and Motivation

He loves knowledge of any kind, always eager to learn new things. His love of knowledge has also led him to teach others. Not terribly familiar with human culture and society, he tends to be overly trusting of others.

Powers/Tactics

His unique molecular structure causes his entire body to behave as a giant capacitor, storing energy it encounters, and releasing it again in bursts. Also, due to the conditions of his "birth", he seems to have a tremendous affinity with nature.

Appearance

Height: 1 m.
Weight: 90 kg
Sex: male
Age: 0 (but appears 20-something)
Frank's skin is pale blue -- possibly an artifact of his origin as the "blue goo". His dress is anything but heroic, as he tends to wear the bland dress shirt and tie from his teaching job, although he does enjoy the feel of a good trenchcoat over his suit. His hair is white. Upon close medical examination, it can be seen that Frank is not actually human, but best described as "a human, as constructed from memory".

Frank Weston, aka "Flashback"

Who knows your secret ID, if you have one?
N/A.  Frank hasn't figured out the value of a Secret ID yet.

Name 3 public figures you admire.

Name 3 public figures you dislike.

If you patrol, what part of the city, country, or planet do you patrol?  When do you do this?
Frank seldom "patrols", except as an exercise with another ARCLight member.  Mostly, he monitors the viewscreen array.  He has assigned times when he does this, and will also go to the screens when he has a little extra time on his hands or if the screens are left unattended.

If you didn't have superpowers, what would be your ideal of a perfect life?
Being a schoolteacher for 9th graders.  Or possibly a research scientist in a university or museum.

Name 3 activities (not necessarily in any order) that you enjoy doing when not working or superheroing.

What do you do for a living?  If you have enough money not to work, where did the money come from, where is it now, and who is in charge of taking care of it?
He is currently employed as a high school teacher.

Where in Atlanta do you live?  Is there a particular reason you live there?
He lives in a room in ARCLight headquarters.  He enjoys the camraderie of being close to the rest of the team.  Although, by now, he has saved enough money that he could go get an apartment of his own.

Boxers or Briefs?
Boxers.
