Also known as Below Average Jow w/ REALLY BIGG GUNNS and formerly known as “Well-Above-Average Joe w/ Lots of Really Cool and Neat Powers” but due to a really messy and wholly unexpected accident involving a toaster, a tulip and a girl from Alpha Centuri named Sissiphissophloliss, Joe lost his Super-human abilities and powers. But since crime fighting is in his blood he sought out and achieved an exclusive contract with Kill-O-Matic BIGG GUNNS Inc. that gave him access to All of KOMBG’s Award-Winning Arsenal, and prevents any other FPL Fighter from using KOMBG. At first KOMBG didn’t agree with the final clause as they are heavy into sales, but Joe has really GOOD Lawyers and and a buddy on the Super-Heros Rights Commission, so eventually he/they were able to convince/pressure KOMBG's into signing the contract with that clause intact. After his defeat in the Main Event to Whiplash Smile(Who used his ONE weakness against him...Female Charms) KOMBG decided to do an analysis on Joe's performance and equipment. They refitted him, gave him a Stylin' Cyber-suit to boast his agilty a bit then sent him back to Elimentary to upgrade. So, Armed with the New and Improved Biggest, Baddest and Most Destructive Weapons in the history of creation(still not including weapons yet to be invented, but chances are Joe will have access to them so its a pretty safe Statement) Below Average Joe w/ REALLY BIGG GUNNS fights for Truth Justice, Higher KOMBG Sales, and the downfall of all manipulative women every where. (Oh, did I mention Truth and Justice?)

- Description: Kill-O-Matic BIGG GUNNS have replaced Joe's Power Ring with a pair of stylin' Shades with 30% UV protection. They may be easier to lose, but they sure look a lot better than that gawdy ring he used to wear. The Shades still allow him to teleport any of KOMBG's startling array of Pure Destructive Weapons right into his hands. Among this arsenal are the Monstrous Rapid-Fire Kill-O-Zap Laser Pistol, the Massive Pin-Cushionize-Industrial-Strength-Electric Power Nail Rifle, The Gigundous Insta-Kill-Life-Form-Vaporizor and the Impossibly Large prototype "O.I.T.W.M.H.G.T.F.W.T.O BIG GUNN" (O.K.-I-Think-We-May-Have-Gone-Too-Far-With-This-One BIGG GUNN) Furthur more, the KOMBG Scientists have decided, from field reports of JBG's, that the Hyper-Armor-Nullifier wasn't an effective wepoan and decided to go with standard Armor Piercing rounds in ALL their weapons. These KOMBG AP rounds are also Heat Seekers. Making JBG's arsenal even more deadly than before.

- Description: Once per combat, Joe can call upon the Awesome Plant-Crushing-Genocidal-DeathMoon to Lay Waste to the entire Khazan Combat Arena(Kill-O-Matic Bigg Gunns will pick up the Repair Bill). Joe himself is temporarily teleported onto the DeathMoon while it Vaporizes his opponent then placed back on top of the smoking Ruins of His Opponent and the Arena. Due to The Size and power of this Blast, Armor is ignored and Seeking is sort of a given since its next to impossible to dodge it.

- Description: Kill-O-Matic BIGG GUNNS have recently signed a new deal with the Greater Powers of the Universe that has allowed them to develop and market the New H.T.T.S.B.R.Y.B.S.R.E.C. Ray GUNN (Holier-Than-Thou-Sin-Buster-Repent-You-Bloody-Sinners-Repent-Evil-Crushing Ray GUNN) . And you guessed it, Joe has access to this Above-Ultra-Top-Secret-Can't-Even-Tell-Yourself Super Weapon. Unfortunately, its still in the development stage and tends to Short-Circuit after a few shots. (Its still awefully impressive tho)

Force Shield Generator

- Level: Standard
- Description: Unfortunately for Joe, his exclusive contract with Kill-O-Matic BIG GUNNS has prevented him from upgrading his BIG GUNNS produced W.N.A.W.Y.H.S.F.P. Personal Force Shield Generator (Who-Needs-Armor-When-You-Have-Superior-Fire-Power). Which only faces one direction at a time but has enough AI to move in front of an incoming attack. However, it isn't capable of moving fast enough to defend against someone with a Movement power. JBG was able to bribe a KOMBG Tech to tweak up his Force Field Generator so that it can withstand more than just 10 hits before going down, but , makes it a little easier to lose that before.

- Description: Joe has the ability to put an Ultra-Super-Deluxe-Rush on his requests for weapons from Kill-O-Matic BIGG GUNNS. This allows him to have his weapons instantaniously appear in his hands with-out the usual 5 second processing delay. This allows him to have a super fast Draw and come out shooting right away. He used to be limited in how often he could do this, but do to his success in the FPL, KOMBG have granted him unlimited Rush Orders.
